90q Clutch stuck down

Need a little more info but a common cause for the clutch pedal to stay at 
the floor is a failed master cylinder. There are other causes too such as 
loss of fluid from the reservoir and maybe even the slave going south on you 
but a slave cylinder can usually (for a little while) be pumped back up by 
depressing the pedal a lot of times.
Hope this helps a little or at least spurs some more input from other 
readers.
