hoses for 10vt IC

Chrysler made a very nice silicone hose for their 80's turbo cars, can that  
be adapted? Don't think I have one on hand to measure,  I sold my turbo  
minivan about 3 years ago. I miss it quite a lot, it had the Mopar 300hp kit  from 
'87. Back to Audi, I recall the hose was about the right length.

Seems  to work fine, but does not have the "bulge" in the middle, which may
or may  not cause long term problems.
