Last spring when I had to rebuilt my 2.1 solid lifter turbo engine from my
1983 Quattro, I've been lucky to find some parts at the engine rebuilding
shop, and on the web. I took me a while but I found piston rings, main and
rod bearings, a full gasket set. I am quite sure you can do the same with
your engine. 

I've checked ETKA and here are the part number of the parts you seek :

Exhaust valves : 035 109 611H (still not NLA in my version of ETKA 7.0 from
2007, 21 euros)
Ex. valve guides : 056 103 419A (still a valid number in ETKA for a 2007
marine/industrial engine, 19 euros)

With that, try your usual suspects but also type these numbers in google or
ebay (with and without the spaces) and you'll be surprised how many hits you
can find.

First hit : http://www.techmo.com.tn/soupapes.asp?marque=AUDI they are
Tunisian, but seems to be able to fabricate any valves. Your valve is the #
4244 in their catalogue.

Hey,

We're looking for 'exhaust' valves and valve guides for a 10v head with 
mechanical lifters. The car is a 1985 200tq, normally powered by a KG 
motor (it's in bits). The valves are reportedly 'NLA".
