With all due respect, you sir are wrong.
Injectors - $175 @ racetronix.com
Fuel rail - ~$50 for rail stock and AN fittings
WB system - not required. I've ran on narrowband oxygen sensors for years.
For fine tuning just use the wideband system at the dyno shop for free.
Fuse panel?? For what? Add one inline fuse for the injectors, and use the
stock ECU fuse for the new ECU.
A dozen relays???? Again one relay will handle the injectors, use the stock
fuel pump relay.
Laptop - cheap on Ebay, unless one is already owned.
New intercooler plumbing? Now you are in left field. There is simply no
reason whatsoever for this.
Air filter - $25ish?
Fuel pressure reg - $50-$150 depending on needs
Braided hoses - Total of 5 ft @ $2/foot
TPS - not required with megasquirt. Use the MAPDot algorithm to simulate a
TPS based on rate of change of manifold pressure when under 1.0bar. Or if
you really want you can buy a volvo 240 TPS for pocket change.
Crankcase breather - $5 or less @ Summitracing.com

The OP was asking about minor power improvements. I'm betting he'd be happy
with 250hp considering hes driving on ~170hp now. Well, at least for a while
until that 250hp started feeling normal ;-).
