Gotti wheels

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.....err, I mean Señor Myers.

Gotti wheels were popular in the '80s with many European makes. I saw a
few Porsches with them when I was working around those cars on a regular
basis. They were usually a multi-spoke design with the rim and spokes
in silver (or chrome) with the edge of each spoke in a gold finish.
They're a true 3-piece design and could be custom ordered in almost any
offset.

The last set I used was on a 1979 Porsche 930. They were 9x15 in the
front with 285/40-15 and 11x15 in the rear with 345/35-15 Pirelli
P7R's. It looked fantastic, but pretty much ruined the handling of the
car. Oh well, the customer was happy.
