Gotti wheels

Too damn heavy, wrong offset, lots of ways.  Probably lots of Hot Wheels
edition Porsches out there that handle like crap.

How would that combination ruin the handling of the Porsche?  Don't most
rear engined Porsches have that or a similar combination?
