One person engaged in victim-blaming.

I've spent the last year listening to people telling me (including a
few while I was still wearing my cast) all the different ways that
bicyclists are responsible for the injuries they incur, that they
shouldn't be on the road in the first place, or the best yet so far:
"bicyclists know it is dangerous to ride in the city, and they should
accept responsibility for their injuries."

That's pretty infuriating to someone who has been injured through no
fault of his own.

Also, turns out at least in NYC, drivers are overwhelmingly
responsible for cyclist deaths:
