Pantelis,
I presume you're thinking of the Morris Traveler. I'm fairly familiar
with them as my mom used to drive one....long before I came along
though. They had no relation to the DKW that I know of. They are from
the same period of time and do share some styling cues though.
The Iltis was a military vehicle that got its start with the Munga so it
would be the younger of the two. Louis-Alain is probably more familiar
with them than most of us as the Canadian military used them for many
years after the Germans stopped. Production (and, I believe naming)
moved from Volkswagen to Bombardier.
