Tuning for High Altitude Performance

Agreed,
But with CIS-E, won't the base idle mixture (3mm CO adjustment screw)
somewhat effect the performance at altitude?

Then again, once the O2 sensor comes online, as long as it's in the "window"
of fuel trim, base mixture settings won't matter. I just don't know how
large of a "window" this would be at 8000 feet.
