I'm sure a lot of folks have the smarts to earn or hold onto family money.
but there are lots of people who fall into money /family cash. who may not
be able to 'handle' what they are able to buy.

Report on NPR this morning is that the driver said the Pelican swooped
causing him to drop his cell phone and the "car ran off the road" when he
went looking for his phone...while still in motion. My question is how could
someone so dumb earn enough money (or convince a lender to give him the
money) to afford a Veyron anyway?

Supposedly "Schumacher" was looking for real estate and the pelican
crossed his path. Doesn't the Veryon have all wheel drive? If he
knew how to drive, he could have bailed out of this situation without
causing the car to become a Jet Ski.
