You don't need new ones; the capacitors fail, and are easily replaced
unless the board is very damaged.  I made a detailed PDF many years
ago on the process; I'll dig it up again.  You need to order some
parts from an electronics company like Digikey, and have a soldering
iron and hairdryer (the hairdryer is to loosen glue that supports
various components against vibration.)  A strong light (a desklamp
suffices) will help with inspecting the circuit board's traces.
