Multi-meter with CO? (duty cycle)

Canadian tire used to have 2 or 3 different models :

- Yellow Equus digital (70$)
- Small black analog "dwell" meter, about 35$, but you can use it by knowing
the equivalence factor : 45 degrees is 50% DC.
- Actron CP7678 (100$). This one is often on eBay for much cheaper, less
than 30$. See
