Re. Multi-meter with CO? (duty cycle)

There are others I might have chosen, and are generally more expensive, but due to need
at the time, I got a Radio Shack unit that has a computer interface - O-scope,
datalogging and other features including duty cycle.  It has not failed me yet and I
believe I bought I about 5 years ago.  I used the duty cycle feature before I converted
my UrQ to EFI.   It was under $75.

I still get the occasional $5 or $10 Harbor Freight special, but these are just
emergency use units that might get stashed in a toolbox.
