4000 / 80 / 90 Radio Display light

I've dug out an old 4000 / 80 / 90 radio to replace a Gamma radio with a failed power switch, and the light for the display on the old radio does not work.

I've repaired a couple of these in the past, but can't remember what the specs are for the light I need to buy from Radio Shack.

Anybody out there remember?
