4000S fuel gauge question

According to Bentley top range is 544 Ohms and bottom at 60 ohms. The
range is between the two dots of either full or empty.
My gauge actually is pretty accurate and goes all the way up when
filled up. Before, it would not go above 3/4 after filling up. It
improved after cleaning up the grounds on the instrument cluster. The
nuts and bolts for some reason get very easily rusty and will throw
values off.
I would have to check if the readings are any different on my car, if
those fall in those ranges.
