UPDATE: Broken Pinch Bolt

Well, it's been a while since I updated the list.  I tried most everything (except heating it) and in my attempts I think I made the whole thing worse.  The pinch bolt seems to have melded with the rest of the wheel bearing housing.  Seized actually.  And I've seem to have mashed up the hole.  I tried drilling it out, tried wacking it out with a BFH, I tried PB Blaster and BFH and drilling but it did not budge a millimeter.

Finally, I gave up and ordered a used housing from Chris at Force5.  I might, at some point, borrow a blow torch from a friend and heat the bugger just to see if it'll come out.  I'll probably also mount the housing on my wall - the pinch bolt that defeated me.

Anyway, now that I have the housing out and got a new one, I decided to order a wheel bearing for it.  Since I'm in there, and have pretty much taken everything apart including control arms etc, I'm thinking of replacing those as well.  Where will it stop????  When will the madness end???
