This is an email from my friend in Chicago:

"For a 2001 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro: my left front fender got dinged in a
fender bender with an uninsured motorist. Got a replacement fender in
exactly my color from Force5. Thanks Chris - you're a star."

I sent my friend the url for Force5 and within a week he had his correct
color fender. Awesome work, Chris, yes, you come through, as I thought
you would. Giant kudos to Chris Semple and Force5Automotive.

Now he has another question:

"The headlight assembly got smacked such that the mounting tabs broke,
so the assembly was briefly floating freely. The HID headlight stopped
working shortly thereafter, but the halogen brightbeam works. The HID
circuit pops its 15 amp fuse whenever it's replaced, so I tried
replacing the HID bulb itself. That didn't work, so now I know the
problem is either the igniter or the ballast. How do you (a) test these
things and (b) take them out if you need to replace them? Also (and this
is embarrassing), I can't seem to remove the quickconnect electrical
connection from the back of the headlight assembly so I can epoxy my
mounting tabs back on. Help!"

Please copy nuttish at me.com in replies, since he is not on the list (yet).
