Please understand a few things about this replica.
 
#1 This was done on a budget of under $100.00!
 
#2 The doner car was cut up for racing and wrecked prior to the purchase of it.
     
#3 The only part on the car that would be valuable for a S1 replica that was not cut up or damaged is the drivers B-pillar.

The car was raced in 24 hours of lemons.
With the replica bodywork and paint it will be racing under a new series similiar to 24 hours of lemons which is called ChumpCar.
 
We will be racing in Portland OR on Halloween.

Budget  

Car $50

7 ratle cans of paint @~$4.00 ea (I stepped up and didn't buy 99c cans)

Box of harbor freight rivits $5.00   (500 and nearly used them all)

masking tape $$3.00

All other materials were scrap and aquired for free.
