 I threw it out there.  
While I suspect the cam wasn't turned a complete "1" revolution off, 
the intent of my gibberish was to refocus on the timing mark alignments.

It seems to have worked!

Cam gear 180 degrees out of phase?

Trans window, cam and front pulley need to line up IIRC.
