Gas Tank Capacity

The tank capacity is 80 liters. That's a completely empty gas tank, with
nothing in there displacing any fuel.
You have to deduct the volume of the fuel pump, sender, hoses, baffles
etc. from the empty capacity. There is also at least a 1/2 gallon of
fuel that can't be used because of the way the tank is designed and the
pump sits.
All manufacturers seem to use tank capacity vs useful capacity in their
literature.
