I think the giveaway is that fuel is pooling in the IM. I can't think
of how that could possibly occur from a leaky injector, even if the
Hitachi injectors are known to be junk. And it's definitely not
normal.
I think the leaky FPR was an issue on V8's as well, causing some fuel
hydrolock in some cases, which is a definite bummer on that engine...
Other Brett: after you get this straightened out, I definitely
recommend running some Seafoam through to clean out the combustion
chambers etc...
