To qualify for the age limits, I'd venture a guess that the only ones to
potentially "qualify" would be either '84 or newer CGT's (I'm sure
*someone*attempted to campaign them somewhere in the CONUS) or perhaps
same vintage
UrQ's, but I don't think there were any tarmac rally's in the US, and I
think that the car (at minimum) has to either have been raced in a
participating series of the time (USRRC, SCCA T/A, USAC) or have been
eligible back in it's day. So I'm afraid the UrQ is out. Auto Union's could
run in one of the classes, but somehow I don't think anyone would ever try,
I've never seen ANY former GP cars of the pre-war years at US Vintage Event.
I think they are simply too valuable and difficult to drive to be worth the
risk.
