CIS-E problems continued

I did some measurements today:

Temperature sensor impedance with engine at normal operating temperature:
222 Ohms (correct)

DPR current with everything connected, ignition on, engine not running: 71.6
mA (start enrichment, should be correct)

DPR current with everything connected, engine running (stumbling and running
very rough): -16.2 mA (super-lean, but why?)

DPR current with temperature sensor disconnected, engine running (just
fine): 3.2 mA (about right)

What's going on here? Measured temperature sensor + wiring, everything ok..
