90 CQ - Air intake hose connected to headlight duct?

Hi,

Anyone know where I can get another air intake hose for a 90 CQ?   It's 
the pre-metered one that just ducts air from the headlight to the 
airbox.   I found a part number on the headlight cover but not the hose 
itself and do not have a working family album right now.
