electrical assistance - B5 A4

A quick request...I'm going to be doing some work to my '01 A4 
this weekend -- installing a small CB radio in the driver's side 
footwell. I haven't spent a lot of time upside down under the dash 
in this car and would appreciate some BTDT.

Where's a good place to tap into a switched power lead, either 
under dash or someplace else that's convenient?

The car is a 1.8T and has power/heated seats.
