[s-cars] source for CHMSL bulbs

I went to a local indy import parts specialist and they had them in stock (at least what my UrS4 needed...are they the same as UrS6 Avant?). Surely, I'd guess there's one somewhere near you if there's one in podunk Winston-Salem NC?

I'm having a devil of a time finding replacement bulbs for the CHMSL 
(upper rear brake lights on the tailgate) on my C4 A6 avant. According 
to the book, the proper bulb is a Sylvania 70. Neither nearby FLAPS 
carries this particular bulb. Amazon also doesn't list them.

Does anyone have a good source for this bulb, other than the dealer? Is 
there a cross referenced number that's easier to find?
