gmail???

I have a couple of gmail accounts and use Outlook as my primary email
interface.  The gmail email interface online is a bit strange, but so is
Google Chrome.  However I find that I have far less aggravation with those
than I do with Micrsoft's Internet Explorer and Hotmail interface.  In
addition, I now forward all mail from my msn.com, live.com email accounts to
my gmail accounts because Microsoft would repeatedly decide that I needed to
have all the email in my hotmail account downloaded to Outlook.  This
happened half a dozen times before I thought of going online and forwarding
it to gmail.  Now all my email downloaded to Outlook comes from gmail.

I did have an issue with password reset a couple of years ago at gmail.  I
had lost access to the alternate email account I had in my profile.  I went
around and around and finally found a way to write a message to
gmail/google/whomever.  It took a little while longer, but I did get a
response and was able to get my password reset.  It wasn't too much later
that they revamped the password reset process.

Bob, as far as I know, Google doesn't really employ and people to help you
with 
problems! They have a help forum which, of course,
is other gmail users, not actually any Google employees....

I have a gmail account but find it more irritating to use than my Yahoo
account.
