NAC VW Eurovan Camper top question

Probably any alternative will. When I'm done, thei thing won't have a
chance of getting water into it for the next 20 years ;-)

I do know about the minimally expanding foam, as I've worked with
expanding foam for about the last year and a half. At my last job, it
was used to lift and stabilize roads, and we used about four different
formulas depending on the rate of expansion and hardness specified for
the job. That is what I was thinking of using if it comes to it, but
there are many other alternatives that will be much easier. I just
have to find a supplier. They make a pink hard foam board used for
insulating foundations that comes in 4X8 sheets 2" thick. That's what
I'm hoping to source. I will use 100$ silicone to adhere it to the
inner and outer shells.
