S6 coolant gauge problems

Sounds like a problem in the instrument cluster itself. I"m not sure
if they have the same problems as the earlier ones, but V8's and 200's
with a similar looking inst cluster have issues with solder joints.
I'd be checking there as well. The fact that the guage dies after
moving a bit indicates you loosing connection when the current goes
high.
