90Q electrical issues

The fuses have oxidation on the surface, but are quite tight still, so I 
figured that just pulling them out and then replacing them was going to 
scratch through any oxidation.

Either way, it seems to be working for now, so assuming it was just a 
lack of use combined with high humidity over winter.

So in short, yep probably light corrosion.
