  You appear to be measuring from 12V to a capacitor. Ignore it.

Time for an update.  Can't believe last time I looked at this was a few months 
back.  Anyway, I decided to take another look yesterday.  I checked the wiring 
in the right A pillar which seemed to check out OK.  So I think I've now 
narrowed it down to somewhere from the back of the radio wiring harness down.

Anyway, whenever I decide to pull the radio and start snooping around I'll 
update again.  Thanks for all the replies.

I'm such a lazy fook!
