I can't recall if the sensor fitting is in the aluminum or the plastic on
the 200 rad. If the plastic, DON'T go crazy tightening it, you may end up
buying yet another radiator. And FWIW, if in the aluminum, I don't recall
which is softer, the brass of the sensor or the aluminum of the radiator.
IOW, DON'T OVERTIGHTEN.
Sadly, you probably will have to drain out the coolant (at this point, drain
out the sensor, it's gotta come out anyway, and you only have to drain until
there isn't any drippage from there) and try teflon pipe tape or teflon pipe
sealant (but then you'll have to wait for it to cure). Just make sure that
there are no frayed edges on the tape that could break free. That ought to
do it. And, if the sensor has a gasket, you probably will want to use a new
one.
