power windows splice

Hi. I was cruising in the city with my '90 A100, and suddenly I
smelled burnt wiring. It was only for ~10 secs, but after that all
window switches became dead. Today I traced the failure to the splice,
where main red/blue wire from the control unit is splitted to separate
switches. According to Alldata, it's splice Q10 (plus connection, in
power window harness). But that area is so crowded with cables, I
couldn't find it without disassembling half of the car's harnesses.
Has anybody seen that splice? How does it look and where approximately
I can find it?
