hard fuel line size?

The line I used was labeled "Paris Custom Tubing Nylon 11 Fuel Line 8mm OD
6mm ID". I bought the line and fittings from a local auto parts supplier - a
NAPA equivalent. I just asked what they had for Nylon fuel line, they pulled
out the catalog, and I picked out the line and fittings I wanted. It's
fairly common stuff - most new cars have plastic fuel lines.

You don't happen to have sources and/or part numbers for the line and
fittings, do you?

I'm looking to replace hard fuel lines on a '91 10v CQ and also a 94 80
avant TDI. As far as I can see they are the same size on both cars. The
dealer is quoting GBP200+ for a replacement. I can get replacement pipe and
unions elsewhere but I need the size. Does anyone know the inner/outer
diameter of the metal fuel lines?
