2000 A6 electrical gremlin

I did a bit of research on the Audiworld site. The consensus is that the
switches can be repaired or replaced with one from Radio Shack but it's a
major PITA to take the latch apart and put it back together. Most likely I
will end up just ordering a complete latch from my friendly local dealer
once I get the door apart and confirm that is the problem. It does seem to
be a common problem on the A6, along with the cheesy plastic clips on the
window lifts. Thanks for the advice.
