Great cars when they are all sorted out but hell to maintain. But, that seems
to be the story with all Audis. ;-)

I have a 2004 Allroad and my experience and talks with other Allroad owners
would have me looking at the torque converter for the vibration under load.
The early Allroads have a history of torque converter failure.

You should also take a look at the engine and tranny mounts since those could
cause a vibration under load.

In regards to the uneven level I would think that the level indicator would be
on showing that the suspension is not level. That is what mine did when the
front air shocks started to go. If the car is not level and the level
indicator shows no problem then I would say that there is circuit problem.

When I had suspension problems I was lucky in that my repair was covered under
warranty other wise it's about $300 per shock plus labor, and that is from an
independent shop. The Audi dealer prices are even higher. The air suspension
on these beasts seems to go at around 70k to 100k miles.

Not sure what could be causing the parktronic problem. My guess would be that
the reverse switch/relay is not energizing that circuit.

Take a look at the audiworld Allroad forum. There are is large base of posts
so you might find some thing that is relevant to your problem plus the guys on
the Allroad forum were helpful when I had issues with mine.

Good luck.

I bought a 2001 Allroad 2.7t tiptronic (with every option except the 6 spd
and towing) a few months ago, have previously owned 2 Coupe GTs, a 5000s,
and a 1991 200 20v turbo Quattro. There are three issues I need help with:

1. at light load the car has started to vibrate/shudder/growl. This only
happens at light load. I can be driving along at 20-80 and depress the pedal
a little and get a very pronounced vibration. If I let off it goes away
immediately and if I push harder I don't get it. Car has 91,000 miles. When
I bought it a check engine light came on and my mechanic ran the code and
said one CAT was starting to go, but not to worry about it. I tend to
believe him as it is fine at full throttle and redline.

2. One side of the car appears to be little higher than the other. When I go
to the lowest air suspension setting the tire on one side is a little lower
than the wheel well, while hte other side it is a little higher.

3. The parktronic just quit working one day. No beep when I go into reverse,
had been working fine.

thanks in advance.
Jeremiah
