HELP!! Electrical Issue!

Update: Temperature gauge goes to middle, no wipers, no horn, no fan on
HVAC, no temperature gauge, get the idiot lights ,seat belt chime, key in
ignition chime,  no directionals, no headlights, can hold highbeam, and get
the highbeams.  However, I have audio, have seat heaters, power seat works,
dome lights, alarm,  mirrors work, didn't check moonroof though.  Checked
first two fuses- they were good, but replaced them anyway.  Going to replace
all fuses that affilate with everything that is not working.
