Would you pay more for a properly upgraded, low mileage '01.5 S4?

two answers.

I will always pay more for a better maintained car. It pays back twice.

I will usually pay less for a modified car. They rarely meet my needs, and the history of mods is checkered. However, if you can find just that right person, and they drive it, and convince themselves you have everything sorted, you may get a portion of the delta. But they are hard to find. Dont hurry - wait for the right person who, similarly, cant find such a car.
