Funny, I have remarked that my A8q is possibly too little for us with only 1 kid (4yrs). The issue isn't leg room or anything like that, but cargo. An A8L would be nice so the little guy wouldnt be resting his feet on the front seats though. I do a good bit of traveling with the family and end up filling the trunk easily and having some spillover into the back seats. On our last trip from NC to MO and OH in my 5000tq (which has similar trunk and interior space to the A8q, only a bit smaller) for Christmas at the in-laws if we had another car seat to add we simply couldn't unless we mailed the gifts.

Personally I wouldn't want to daily drive any car without 4 doors, but I am generally offering for friends and/or co-works to ride with me to lunch etc. on a regular basis and plenty of other times the back seats see regular use. That's why cars come in all shapes and sizes!
