Which coolant do you recommend for I5 NF engine?

The cheap green stuff, preferibly Prestone or some other brand name. 
Look in the archives, this subject's been beaten to death, and the final
word from an actual chemist was to use the cheap green stuff.  I believe
it was lister Dr. Myers who even supplied us with chemical equations to
prove the point.  
Anecdotally, I've been using nothing but normal coolant in all my Audi's
for over 2 decades now with no ill effects, those cars include a couple
V8's, Turbo's, and the good ole 5KS and quite a few non-Audi Teutons and
rice burners. 
Always run phosphate-free Prestone or equivalent common market
antifreezes and save your money for something worthwhile.
