Thinking about an allroad

we live in auckland, nz. for us the allroad ³hooks² are the ability to
carry 7 (we have 3 kids), the diesel thrift, and it¹s towing ability. it is
a way better tow wagon than our old cherokee, and much safer as well. i
though we¹d use the air suspension more as we do a bit of travel on gravel
roads (mtb¹ing and bach), but the reality is that it is rarely used. auto
tranny is starting to get laggy, and looks like it will need some work in
the next year. otherwise we¹d had nothing go wrong in 4 years of ownership.
had a look an an x5 too big and won¹t carry as many. q7 will but is way too
big, q5 is ok but expensive to option up, and won¹t carry 7.
