recommendations for auto touch up paint

thanks steve - i have no idea where'd id start with a local paint store. any
old auto body shop? autobody supply?

i'd rather just order something online and have it magically appear in the
mail.

ive got dealer touchup, but they only sell the nailpolish brush [and its
like 25$], which looks worse when applied than the chip. i've got really bad
chipping on the bottom edge of the hood under the grill. the plan is to sand
that little section down and respray the whole thing.
