recommendations for auto touch up paint

In the industry "undercoat" describes the rubbery substance sprayed on  
to the bottom of the car to supposedly prevent rust. "Primer" is what  
is used to bond paint to metal. Self etching primer is best, and even  
better if it includes zinc.
