Strange behaviour from climate control **solved**

Found the culprit to my problems.
The rubber hose connecting the plastic vacuum tube that goes to the heater valve had popped off, creating a major vacuum leak.
I replaced the rubber hose with a new hose and the problems are gone :D

  If you had'nt mentioned replacing HVAC related components in the near past, id bet 20 debt notes that its your battery, but you did replace those items so im gonna say it could be your battery, but i'd want to pull the cluster head, de-oxit the connetctions and replace with a good sense of optimism then go from there.
