[s-cars] Can Brett ban me from the S-cars list?

I unsubscribed him from the q-list because he was complaining about
how it was run. I figured that his complaints meant he didn't want to
be on the list anymore, since he was clearly so unhappy, and has been
for quite a while. He's welcome to rejoin the main list if I was
mistaken.
I didn't touch his s-car-list subscription.
