i've done a little more investigation. in my audis if you hit the brake
whilst keeping your foot on the throttle, the throttle is cut however
continuing to leave your foot on the throttle and then lifting from the
brake brings back the power after a a few seconds. as i stated before, on
the allroad removing your foot from the throttle and leaving your other foot
on the brake makes no difference - however in the rs6 this will then allow
the throttle to fight the brakes...
