Urs4/6 buying advice

I know this is a personal choice but I was hoping someone who has been there
could shed some light on the situation. I am looking at a couple of urs4 and
6's. My options seem to be  fully modded with ~200k miles  for $4-5k, or
stock with 125-150k  $6-7k. Is it a matter of getting the modded car and buy
a spare motor with the difference in price or going stock. Is the modded AAN
a timebomb? What are the pluses and minuses?
