1986 goes up ski jumper ramp

Nah they didn't need the cables to pull it up the slope. I've run a type 44
up some short 30% slopes in Colorado with just studded ice tires. Lock the
diffs and so long as it is packed snow (not ice) up she goes.

Those cables have always seemed suspicious. Who knows for sure if they
actually pulled it up or just prevented rollback.
