200QA suddenly no start, no spark

I had the distributor indexed incorrectly in my 1990 200TQA, it was
enough to cause a no start condition and there were no codes.  Come to
think of it, I don't think I've ever gotten anything but the 4444 all
clear code, no matter what was wrong.
