CGT no start (cranks), no dash cluster lights w/key on

Hi Folks,

My '86 Coupe GT has been parked for a long time and now it will crank but it
won't start or even try to catch.  I noticed the dash lights don't come on
with the key on either, and I believe it's related to the non-starting.  I
pulled some relays (one was the fuel pump, another was something else, also
tall with a circuit board inside), and found some broken solder joints that
I remelted.  I may have missed some or not done a good enough job, but what
I did didn't help the symptoms.

Are there any suggestions about how to troubleshoot this?
